Flamenco Festival New York will celebrate its 25th anniversary with an expanded, citywide program running from Feb. 25 through March 15, 2026, highlighting the long-standing artistic exchange between flamenco and New York City.
The milestone edition will feature more than 80 artists from over 20 companies, presenting 40 performances across 20 venues in New York and additional cities, including Miami, Tampa, Chicago, and Boston. Festival stages in New York include New York City Center, Jazz at Lincoln Center, Joe’s Pub, Roulette, Baryshnikov Arts Center, the Guggenheim Museum, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts.
Headlining artists include Manuel Liñán, Eva Yerbabuena, Sara Baras, Olga Pericet, Andrés Marín, Rocío Márquez, Ángeles Toledano, Dani de Morón, Gerardo Núñez and Antonio Rey. Programming spans large-scale dance productions, intimate concerts, lectures, and interdisciplinary collaborations that trace flamenco’s roots while pushing the form forward.
“This year we celebrate the true love story between New York City and flamenco,” festival founder Miguel Marín said, calling the 2026 edition “unforgettable.”
Festival highlights include the Gala Flamenca at New York City Center, Sara Baras’ tribute to Paco de Lucía, flamenco-jazz collaborations at Jazz at Lincoln Center, and programs honoring flamenco icons such as Sabicas, La Argentinita, and Manuel de Falla.
