Tame Impala, the psychedelic powerhouse led by Kevin Parker, has announced new Brooklyn dates for his highly anticipated U.S. tour in support of his fifth full-length album, Deadbeat. The newly added shows at Barclays Center on October 27 and October 28 follow overwhelming demand, joining previously sold-out performances on October 31 and November 1.
Deadbeat: A New Chapter
Set for release on October 17 via Columbia Records, Deadbeat explores a hypnotic blend of club-psych and euphoric songwriting. Parker describes the record as a deeply personal journey through grief, self-reflection, and the body-moving thrill of dance culture. Early singles “Loser,” “End of Summer,” and the newly shared “Dracula” showcase his signature psychedelic textures and intricate synth-driven arrangements.
Brooklyn Fans Get Two Extra Opportunities
Fans in New York now have four opportunities to experience Tame Impala live in Brooklyn this fall. Both newly announced October 27 and 28 shows are expected to sell quickly, reflecting the intense excitement surrounding Parker’s return to the stage after a nine-year album hiatus. Tickets are on sale now through official outlets.
A Track Record of Success
Parker’s previous album, The Slow Rush (2020), landed at #1 in multiple territories and earned numerous chart positions worldwide. Tame Impala has achieved international acclaim with hits like “The Less I Know The Better,” which has surpassed 2 billion streams, and the band has garnered 13 ARIA Awards, a BRIT Award for Best International Band, and a GRAMMY for collaboration with Justice on “Neverender.”
Upcoming Tour Dates
Tame Impala’s newly announced Brooklyn shows mark the start of the North American leg of the Deadbeat tour:

10/28 – Barclays Center, Brooklyn, NY – NEWLY ANNOUNCED

With Deadbeat and his upcoming live performances, Tame Impala cements his status as one of the decade’s most influential and innovative artists, blending introspective songwriting with transcendent, genre-defying psychedelic soundscapes.
