Indie-rock artist Waxahatchee and frequent collaborator MJ Lenderman will embark on an 18-date co-headline tour next spring, with performances in Brooklyn on April 19 at the Brooklyn Paramount and in Manhattan on April 20 at the Beacon Theatre.
The tour will feature solo sets from both artists as well as collaborative performances. Pre-sale tickets began Wednesday, Nov. 19, with general on-sale starting Friday, Nov. 21, at 10 a.m. local time. Tickets are available at waxahatchee.com/shows.
Waxahatchee, the project of singer-songwriter Katie Crutchfield, recently released Tigers Blood, her GRAMMY-nominated album that appeared on numerous 2024 year-end best-of lists, including The New York Times, Associated Press, Billboard, Entertainment Weekly, and Rolling Stone, which praised Crutchfield as “a master storyteller.” Promotion for the album included appearances on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, and CBS This Morning.
The tour also partners with PLUS1, directing $1 per ticket to community-driven nonprofits supporting access to nutritious food and housing resources in each city.
