Indian folk metal band Bloodywood will bring their 2026 “System of a Brown” tour to Irving Plaza (17 Irving Pl, New York, NY 10003) powered by Verizon 5G on Wednesday, May 6, part of a spring North American run featuring special guests The Pretty Wild, Ladrones and Ankor.
The 25-city tour, produced by Live Nation, kicks off April 10 at Wooly’s in Des Moines and concludes May 15 at Saint Andrew’s Hall in Detroit. The trek includes appearances at major festivals such as Welcome to Rockville, Sonic Temple and the return of Sick New World.
Tickets and VIP packages for the New York show are available beginning Tuesday, Dec. 9, through the artist presale, with the general onsale starting Friday, Dec. 12, at 10 a.m. local time on LiveNation.com and Bloodywood.net.
Bloodywood recently completed a sold-out support run for BABYMETAL in the U.S. and opened for Halestorm in Europe. Rapper and vocalist Raoul Kerr described the spring tour as a “full-circle moment,” adding that the band will perform “the best songs from our new album and the best of our first album,” along with new material from Sick New World.
Joining Bloodywood on the tour are U.S. metalcore band The Pretty Wild, Mexican rockers Ladrones, and Catalonian melodic metal act Ankor, creating a diverse lineup for fans of hard rock and metal.
Critically acclaimed as a “can’t-miss” live act by Paste, Revolver, Consequence, Guitar World and Metal Injection, Bloodywood has wowed audiences with high-energy performances of tracks such as “Dana Dan,” “Nu Delhi” and “Halla Bol.” The May 6 New York date promises the same immersive blend of folk-metal intensity and theatrical showmanship.
