UB40 Featuring Ali Campbell has announced the first dates of its 2026 Big Love Tour, with a New York City stop scheduled for Sunday, May 3, at Kings Theatre in Brooklyn.
Fronted by Ali Campbell, the original lead singer and unmistakable voice behind UB40’s catalog of reggae-pop hits, the tour launches April 11 at the Grenada Reggae Fest, also known as “The Big Show,” a major Caribbean cultural event featuring international and local artists. The tour will then move to the United States with performances planned across Florida, New York and additional markets.
The 2026 dates follow an extensive 2024–25 European tour that included sold-out headline shows and major festival appearances. The North American run is being booked by Universal Attractions Agency, with Jeff Epstein handling bookings.
Campbell, who co-founded UB40, is joined on tour by the same ensemble of world-class musicians who have performed with him since 2008. Together, they continue the group’s legacy, delivering the classic sound that has resonated with audiences for more than four decades.
Songs such as “Red Red Wine,” “Kingston Town” and “(I Can’t Help) Falling in Love With You” helped propel UB40 to global success, with more than 100 million albums sold worldwide, 40 Top 20 singles — including four No. 1 hits — and billions of streams. Campbell has received numerous honors, including a Grammy Award nomination, the Ivor Novello Award for International Achievement and the Mauritius Government Award.
“UB40 is my legacy,” Campbell said in a statement. “It’s an absolute joy to travel everywhere and sing these songs to lovely audiences. This is reggae; it brings people together and unifies them. It doesn’t matter if you’re 10 years old or 100 years old — it’s always a happy time.”
