The Record Company will bring its “Give It Back To You 10th Anniversary” Tour to Queens this summer, with a scheduled stop at the Rockaway Summer Series on Aug. 14.
The performance is part of the band’s expanded tour celebrating a decade since the release of its breakthrough debut album, Give It Back To You. During the tour, the Grammy-nominated trio is performing the album in full, giving fans a chance to experience the record that helped define its signature blues-rock sound.
The Los Angeles-based group — made up of Chris Vos, Alex Stiff, and Marc Cazorla — first gained national recognition with the 2016 release. The self-produced album, recorded in Stiff’s living room, went on to earn a nomination for Best Contemporary Blues Album at the 59th Grammy Awards and spent 42 weeks on the Billboard Heatseekers Albums chart.
The anniversary run also supports the recently released deluxe expanded edition of “Give It Back To You,” which includes the original album alongside early live recordings, demos, and previously unreleased material. The reissue is available in multiple formats, including vinyl, CD, and digital editions.
Known for their high-energy live shows, The Record Company has built a strong reputation on the road, performing at major festivals such as Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival and sharing stages with artists including Bob Seger and John Mayer.
The Rockaway Summer Series stop is expected to highlight the band’s raw, stripped-down sound in a coastal outdoor setting, offering fans in New York City a chance to celebrate the album’s 10-year milestone live.
