Magicians Jim Vines and Carl Mercurio have announced the fall schedule for their family-friendly performance, Broadway Magic Hour. The upcoming calendar includes weekend shows throughout the fall season and select weekday dates in December.
All performances take place at the Broadway Comedy Club, located at 318 W. 53rd Street in Manhattan. General admission tickets start at $25 for the all-ages production, which features audience participation, comedy, grand illusion, mind-reading, and sleight-of-hand magic.
The upcoming schedule features a specialized Halloween Magic Show on October 24. Additionally, all scheduled performances running throughout the month of December will feature the Holiday Magic Spectacular theme.
Vines and Mercurio began performing together after meeting 10 years ago when both were booked for a magic-variety show in Coney Island. After collaborating on a family-oriented magic show that debuted at the North Fork Community Theatre on Long Island in 2022, they transitioned the production to Manhattan.
The production made its New York City debut at the Broadway Comedy Club on August 3, 2024, following a consultation with head talent booker Richard Brooks regarding the local need for family programming. The initial performances sold out, and the production was subsequently named a top magic show in New York City by Time Out NY.
