Def Leppard and Goo Goo Dolls to perform at Madison Square Garden

Def Leppard will bring their 2027 North American tour to Madison Square Garden in New York City on June 23, 2027. The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees will headline the arena show alongside four-time Grammy-nominated band Goo Goo Dolls, with special guests The Struts opening the performance.

The concert is part of a 45-date tour starting March 2 and running through July 2 across major markets in the United States and Canada. Def Leppard enters the run following a sold-out Las Vegas residency at Caesars Palace and international arena performances across the United Kingdom, Europe, South America, and Mexico.

Joining as co-headliners, Goo Goo Dolls enter the tour following summer festival appearances and sustained radio success. The group holds the record for the most top 10 singles on radio, led by their Diamond-certified single “Iris” from the 1998 album Dizzy Up the Girl. Glam-rock band The Struts will open the June show, bringing a repertoire that includes hits like “Could Have Been Me” and material from their album Pretty Vicious.

Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, Oct. 16, at 10 a.m. local time through Live Nation. Fan club presales begin Monday, Oct. 12, at 10 a.m., followed by Citi and Verizon presales starting at 12 p.m. and running through Oct. 15. One dollar from every ticket sold will benefit City of Hope to support cancer research and treatment.

Def Leppard has sold over 110 million albums worldwide, led by multi-platinum releases Pyromania and Hysteria. Formed in Buffalo, New York, Goo Goo Dolls have sold 15 million records globally and earned four Grammy nominations throughout their career.
