Chicago’s Brigitte Calls Me Baby will bring their electrifying live show to New York City’s Bowery Ballroom (6 Delancey St, New York, NY 10002) on May 14 as part of their North American headline tour this spring.
The appearance comes alongside the announcement of their sophomore album, Irreversible, set for release on March 13 on ATO Records. Lead single “Slumber Party” showcases frontman Wes Leavins’ signature voice, backed by propulsive guitar and percussion. The band says the track, written on the road, captures the isolation and rumination of modern life, themes explored throughout the new 11-song record.
Produced by Yves Rothman and Lawrence Rothman, Irreversible follows their 2024 debut, The Future Is Our Way Out, and reflects the band’s growth and newfound fearlessness after years of touring. Brigitte Calls Me Baby has performed sold-out shows across the U.S., U.K. and Europe, sharing stages with Morrissey, Muse and Fontaines D.C., and appearing on television programs including Kimmel, Kelly Clarkson, and CBS.
