Charlie Puth will bring his biggest tour yet to Madison Square Garden on May 29, when the multi-platinum artist stops in New York City as part of his newly announced Whatever’s Clever! World Tour.
The concert is part of a nearly 50-date global trek that will take Puth across North America, Europe and the United Kingdom in support of his forthcoming album, Whatever’s Clever!, due out March 27 on Atlantic Records. The tour marks a major new chapter for the singer, songwriter and producer, whose hits have dominated pop radio and streaming charts for more than a decade.
Madison Square Garden is one of the marquee venues on the North American leg, which also includes stops in San Diego, Phoenix, San Francisco, Vancouver, Boston and Nashville. Produced by Live Nation, the tour features support from Daniel Seavey and Lawrence on select dates, with Ally Salort appearing on all North American shows.
“This is the sort of live show I’ve worked my entire career to put together,” Puth said in a statement. “We’ve put so much care into the musicianship and the arrangements, and I can’t wait to bring this band and this show to some of the most iconic rooms in the world.”
The tour announcement comes amid a high-profile stretch for Puth, who is confirmed to perform the national anthem at Super Bowl LX on Feb. 8 in San Francisco. He will also release the second single from his upcoming album, “Beat Yourself Up,” on Friday, ahead of the record’s March debut.
Following the North American run, Puth will head overseas, launching his European tour June 30 in Stockholm before visiting cities including London, Manchester, Hamburg, Paris and Warsaw, where the international leg concludes July 30.
Tickets for the Madison Square Garden show and all tour dates go on sale to the general public Friday, Jan. 16, at 10 a.m. local time. Citi/AAdvantage cardmembers will have access to a presale beginning Tuesday, Jan. 13, followed by an artist presale Wednesday, Jan. 14. More information is available at charlieputh.com.
With a new album, a major world tour and a Super Bowl appearance on the horizon, Puth’s May 29 stop at Madison Square Garden positions New York City as a centerpiece of what is shaping up to be one of the biggest pop tours of 2026.
