Creative Stage Company announced that its Creative Stage Spectacular will return to the Peter J. Sharp Theater at Symphony Space (Upper Level, 2537 Broadway, New York, NY 10025) on Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026, at 7:30 p.m., bringing together professional performers and young creators for a one-night-only celebration of kid-inspired theater.
The event features an all-star lineup led by voice actor and comedian Jim Conroy, whose work spans Nickelodeon, PBS Kids, Disney, and Netflix, alongside Sarah Salzberg, co-creator and original cast member of the Tony Award–winning musical The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. Tickets start at $27.
The Creative Stage Spectacular blends original theater inspired by children’s imaginations with professional artistry, promising parody songs that leap from Bach to Beyoncé, surprise guest appearances, and musical moments designed to resonate long after the curtain falls.
Longtime Creative Stage contributors Conroy and Salzberg will be joined by singers from the Metropolitan Opera Chorus for a reimagined Act I finale from Mozart’s Così fan tutte. Additional guest artists include Marisa Ryan (Major Dad, Wet Hot American Summer), Andrew Dolan (Chicago Med, Blue Bloods, House of Cards), and Todd Faulkner (Nurse Jackie, Blue Bloods, Law & Order), along with the Creative Stage Company troupe and a live Spectacular Band.
Creative Stage Collective brings together youth and professional artists to co-create original theater rooted in playfulness, empathy, and community. Operating at the intersection of professional theater and children’s creative development, the organization emphasizes a collaborative, multigenerational model that values childhood imagination and professional expertise equally, producing performances that are both artistically ambitious and socially meaningful.
