Dove Ellis added a solo Brooklyn show at Main Drag Music on November 18

Irish singer-songwriter Dove Ellis will make his U.S. debut this fall with headline and support performances in Brooklyn, highlighting his newly released double single Love Is / Pale Song and upcoming debut album Blizzard, set for release December 5.

Ellis will headline a show at Main Drag Music on November 18 and open for New York rock band Geese at Brooklyn Paramount on November 20 and 21. These Brooklyn performances mark some of the first opportunities for U.S. audiences to experience his live sound, which blends introspective lyricism with driving rhythms and atmospheric textures.

The tracks on Love Is / Pale Song were self-produced and recorded in London and Liverpool, with mixing by Sophie Ellis and Andrew Sarlo (Big Thief, Dijon, Mk.Gee, Bon Iver), reflecting Ellis’ meticulous approach to creating emotional yet expansive music.

Ellis first captured attention with his debut single To The Sandals, which earned acclaim from Stereogum, The FADER, Wonderland, DIY, and Paste, who praised his timeless sound: “Every song could sound like this and I’d still beg for a thousand more. He sounds like he’s been here forever.” The single has amassed over 400,000 global Spotify streams and has been added to more than 40 playlists, establishing Ellis as a compelling new voice in indie music.

These Brooklyn shows provide fans with two distinct experiences: an intimate headline evening at Main Drag Music and a high-energy support set with Geese at Brooklyn Paramount. Both performances showcase Ellis’ ability to combine delicate storytelling with immersive instrumentation, making each show a unique listening experience.
