Jim Vines and Carl Mercurio bring the Broadway Magic Hour to NYC in Spring 2026

New York City’s family magic scene is getting even more enchanting with the announcement of The Broadway Magic Hour Spring 2026 shows. Magicians Jim Vines and Carl Mercurio will perform select Saturdays and Sundays at 2 p.m. at Broadway Comedy Club, 318 W. 53rd Street, New York, NY 10019. Tickets start at $25.

Time Out NY recognized The Broadway Magic Hour as a top magic show in NYC, praising it as a “treasured family experience.” The show blends audience participation, comedy, grand illusions, mind-reading, and expert sleight-of-hand, creating a performance that captivates both children and adults. About The Broadway Magic Hour
Jim Vines and Carl Mercurio, longtime performers in the magic world, first met a decade ago in Coney Island while booked for the same magic-variety show. Their shared passion for magic led to collaborations across the tri-state area, culminating in the debut of The Broadway Magic Hour in 2022 at Long Island’s North Fork Community Theatre.

The show found its Midtown home at the Broadway Comedy Club in August 2024, filling seats immediately and selling out quickly. Its combination of family-friendly fun and high-caliber magic proved there was a true demand for such performances in NYC. Time Out NY later named it one of the Best Off-Broadway Shows for Kids & Families and one of the Best Magic Shows in NYC.

About the Artists
Carl Mercurio is known for performances at venues including Comix at Mohegan Sun, Smoke & Mirrors Magic Theater, Slipper Room NYC, and Chicago Magic Lounge, bringing comedy, mind-reading, and illusions to every show.

Jim Vines has wowed audiences globally, performing at the Magic Castle in Hollywood, The Wonderground in Las Vegas, City Winery NYC, and in 11 other countries. In 2017, he won First Place and People’s Choice in Close-Up Magic at the F.I.S.M. North American Championship of Magic. His TV appearance on Penn & Teller: FOOL US further solidified his reputation as one of the country’s premier magicians.

Together, Vines and Mercurio deliver a dynamic, joyful, and unforgettable magical experience for families, blending humor, skill, and showmanship on the historic Broadway Comedy Club stage.
