Brooklyn-based vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, producer, and actor Mikaela Straus, known professionally as King Princess, will perform at Brooklyn Paramount in Brooklyn, NY on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, as part of her highly anticipated Girl Violence Tour.
Straus released her third album, Girl Violence, today on section1. The record, made in collaboration with Jake Portrait(Lil Yachty, Alex G, Unknown Mortal Orchestra) and Aire Atlantica (notable for SZA’s “Low”), is a bold, personal statement. Written in the aftermath of heartbreak, industry struggles, and a return to her hometown, the album showcases King Princess reclaiming her creative voice, confronting misconceptions, and asserting her artistic freedom.
The tour kicks off at Austin City Limits in October, hits major North American cities including her hometown show at Brooklyn Paramount, and concludes the U.S. leg at The Wiltern in Los Angeles, before heading to the UK and Europe in December.
King Princess has also made her television debut this year in Nine Perfect Strangers on Hulu and will appear in the feature film Song Sung Blue alongside Hugh Jackman and Kate Hudson. With over one billion streams, collaborations with artists like Fiona Apple, Florence Welch, Aaron Dessner, Mark Ronson, and Father John Misty, and performances on SNL, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, The Tonight Show, and NPR Tiny Desk, King Princess continues to solidify her place as a singular artist in contemporary music.
