Mt. Joy will perform at Madison Square Garden on Sept. 17, 2026, as part of newly added dates on its North American headline tour. Tickets went on sale last week and are available now.
The Philadelphia-based folk-rock group is touring in support of its 2025 album Hope We Have Fun, which helped propel the band to some of the largest headline shows of its career. The expanded tour, marking the band’s 10-year anniversary, also includes Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado, TD Garden in Boston and Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre.
The tour emphasizes fair and accessible pricing, and $1 from every ticket sold will be donated to charity, with the 2026 beneficiary to be announced. Mt. Joy is known for blending anthemic folk-rock with emotional storytelling, a balance showcased on Hope We Have Fun, which debuted in the Top 10 on Spotify’s U.S. Album Chart and produced AAA radio hits including “Highway Queen” featuring Maren Morris and “She Wants to Go Dancing.”
In addition to touring, the band has raised more than $700,000 for charitable organizations since 2022 through ticket donations, benefit concerts and nonprofit partnerships. More information and tickets are available at mtjoyband.com.
