Brooklyn is in for two nights of raw, electrifying storytelling as Wednesday takes over Brooklyn Steel (319 Frost St, Brooklyn, NY 11222) on November 11 and 12 in support of their highly anticipated new album, Bleeds, out September 19 via Dead Oceans. Known for their visceral songwriting and signature blend of Southern rock, shoegaze, and noise, the North Carolina band returns with what frontwoman Karly Hartzman calls the “quintessential ‘Wednesday Creek Rock’ album.” These Brooklyn shows mark a rare chance to see the band at the height of their creative power—up close and unfiltered.
