The Giants Foundation will host its annual 5K Race and Kids Run on Sunday, November 8, 2026, at MetLife Stadium. The event is scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m., with net proceeds directly benefiting the foundation’s community programs. Along with the traditional 5K distance, the one-mile fun run that first debuted in 2025 will return for its second year.
The day also features a 100-yard Kids Run for children aged 6 and under starting at 10:30 a.m. Registered youth participants will have the opportunity to run out of the home team tunnel, travel across the football field, and cross the finish line in the Giants end zone.
Both the 5K and the one-mile courses will guide runners through the MetLife Sports Complex and past the Quest Diagnostics Training Center before concluding inside the stadium. Participants will run alongside team representatives, fellow fans, and select Giants Legends. For those unable to attend the physical race in East Rutherford, a virtual 5K option allows global fans to participate remotely.
Online registration remains open through November 7, with final event-day registration closing at 8:00 a.m. on November 8. Early bird pricing is available through July 31 on the official team website. All participants will receive a commemorative performance t-shirt, and winners in individual age groups will receive custom team game balls.
A post-race festival will follow the athletic events, featuring a live DJ and appearances by former team players. Family activities at the festival include inflatable rides, games, face painting, and a live performance by the Giants Drumline.
The Giants Foundation operates as the official nonprofit organization of the New York Giants, having launched in 1993. The entity focuses its financial assistance on community health, youth empowerment, and local social issues.
